USDA Certified Organic Tatsoi Mustard Seeds produce beautiful peppery mustard greens that add zest to salads and sandwiches. Easy and fast to grow; mustard greens can be harvested continuously. CULTURAL NOTES: Mustard greens are a cool season crop. Plant Mustard seeds in early spring as soon as soil can be worked, and repeat sowing at three week intervals as long as the weather remains cool. Frost sweetens the flavor, so don't forget to plant another crop of Mustard greens in the cooler fall weather! Complete instructions are included with each seed packet.
