Delicious snap beans that are easy to grow and highly disease resistant to rust, mildew and bettles. Contender Bush Beans are a favorite of home and market farmers for their compact growth habit and delicious meaty, round 6"-8" pods that stay fresh and tasty long after harvest.
CULTURAL NOTES: Plant organic bush bean seeds in the spring after the soil has warmed and all danger of frost has passed. Don't plant too early into cold soil! Plant a row every three weeks for a long harvest period. Avoid overhead watering to reduce diseases common to beans. HEALTH TIP: Organically grown beans are a delicious low calorie, high fiber source of minerals and vitamins. Complete growing instructions included on packet.
