USDA Certified Organic Roquette Arugula seeds are easy to grow gourmet salad green that provides a wonderfully peppery flavor to salads. Eating fresh greens is easy and inexpensive when you grow your own. Great for kids gardens and family projects! CULTURAL NOTES: Arugula is a cool season crop. Plant arugula seeds in early spring as soon as soil can be worked, and repeat sowing at two week intervals as long as the weather remains cool. Don't forget to plant another crop of arugula in the cooler fall weather! Complete instructions are included with each seed packet.
