A fine textured blue-gray selection of the California rush which is an ideal grass for dry shade or, if irrigated, full sun. Elk Blue Rush was discovered by Randy in the hills southeast-of the town of Elk (south of Mendocino) and introduced for propagation in 1994.

• USE FOR: Add to native plantings, along waterways, near ponds or water features, or in container plantings.
