Deep green, glossy foliage contrasts with the pure white, tall and upright plume type flowers. White Gloria blooms late spring through mid-summer.

Clean-up last years growth in the early spring, before new growth emerges. A member of Astilbe x arendsii (Hybrid Astilbe/False Spirea). Astilbe x arendsii is a group of hybrids developed by German nurseryman George Arends.
